I’ve been seeing Alfie throughout my Ironman training, and I honestly couldn’t have got through it without him. He’s helped me manage all the inevitable niggles and kept me training consistently, always taking the time to understand what was going on and finding the right treatment.
Alfie is also super friendly and easy to chat to, which makes every appointment a genuinely nice experience—even when the treatment itself is a bit uncomfortable! He always puts you at ease and explains everything clearly.
I’d highly recommend Alfie to anyone, whether you’re training for an endurance event or just looking for a knowledgeable, approachable physio.

I booked in with Alfie with a rotator cuff issue. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome after a couple of months of rehab. His professionalism and knowledge is of the highest standard and I couldn't recommend him enough. Any future issues I will always re book with him

I had my first physiotherapy appointment with Libby, and it was a very positive experience. I had been having back muscle pain after my hamstring injury. Libby carefully assessed my back, explained the possible cause of the pain, and gave me some exercises to help improve it. She was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I really appreciated her help and would highly recommend her.

Came in to see Alfie for physiotherapy due to a hip injury. He is super knowledgeable, talked me through everything - 4 weeks post-treatment, and it is so much better! Highly recommended.

After a discussion with a friend about a back injury/back pain I had been struggling with, I was recommended to book with Libby for a pain assessment at body reset. Firstly we had a discussion about the history surrounding my back pain and recent events that have exacerbated it. Libby was really lovely and friendly which put me at ease as I haven’t done anything like this previously.
Today I have had my first physio session with Libby and she carried out a number of assessments which have also identified areas of weakness which may also be contributing to my back pain. Libby is very knowledgeable and it’s really quite interesting to hear about the contributing factors I wasn’t aware of. I have got myself some homework in terms of strengthening and stretching exercises to do at home and we finished my session with some soft tissue work to aid the acute niggles and discomfort which I really did appreciate!
Thank you again to Libby for your expertise today, and I’m looking forward to finally making progress with my back issue I have been ignoring for far too long!!

I had a visit with Libby today and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She explained everything really clearly and demonstrated all the exercises she asked me to do so I wouldn’t get confused. BodyReset has been the best clinic I've gone to and I have been to many!
I started with Alfie 3-4 months ago, first with terrible knees, it was painful to walk and to train. I had many challenges and Alfie helped me with a personalised plan after carrying out some tests, just 6 weeks down the line progress and improvements occurred and Alfie would tweak and change the plan to keep the recovery going.
After the knees, I also had my shoulders to fix! I couldnt even put on a paper weight face mask on at work! Again through some tests and a personalized plan, I have noticed a massive improvement.
I can now train at the gym, do kickboxing without these injuries in the way and I have had these injuries all my life.
I highly recommend Alfie and I highly recommend BodyReset!

I’ve recently had Physio and Sports Massage with Alfie and it was a very positive experience. Alfie is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and takes a genuine interest in my lifestyle, training and recovery. I was suffering with calf issues and ankle pain prior to my first session and the rehab programme Alfie put together has helped tremendously! Would highly recommend!
